Goal
Rebuild the Quartz HTML wiki from R2 and deploy to https://Go Beyondwiki.pages.dev.
The old oblivion-wiki.pages.dev is stale (built from the deleted local vault).
The Go Beyondwiki Pages project exists on Cloudflare but is empty.
What Claude Code needs to do
Open Claude Code and say: “Read OneDrive - Go Beyond\Claude\PROJECTS.md and execute 2026-007-DAMIEN.”
The plan covers: downloading vault files from R2, cloning Quartz, building, and deploying to Go Beyondwiki.
