Machine Activity Log
OBSIDIAN runs on multiple machines via OneDrive. This file tracks which machine did what and when, so that any machine opening OBSIDIAN can quickly catch up on changes made from other devices since it last ran.
Protocol: At the START of every session, read this file. At the END of every session, append one line.
